Welcome to Story Lantern
Story Lantern is a home for heartfelt short fiction. Every story here is about ordinary people who choose courage, kindness or honesty when it would be easier not to, and about the second chances that follow.
You will find stories set on lonely frontier ranches, in mining towns and mountain cabins, in old kingdoms and royal courts, and in small communities where one quiet act changes everything. Some are romantic, some are about family, and all of them end with hope.
What we publish
- Original short stories, written to be read in one sitting.
- Stories about kindness, loyalty, resilience and redemption.
- Family-friendly writing, free of graphic violence and explicit content.
Fiction notice
